Introducing

Microneedling

Microneedling is a skin rejuvenation procedure which involves making tiny punctures in the skin to improve overall skin texture and appearance

About Microneedling

Your clinician will initially clean your face and apply some numbing cream. Using a special device, similar to a tattoo gun, very fine punctures are made in the skin, This triggers the production of collagen and elastin to fill up the microscopic punctures, which in turn results in improved texture and firmness of the skin.

Some of the many benefits of microneedling include:

  • Minimal downtime following the procedure, so you can continue with normal daily activities on the same day.
  • A safe and effective way to improve the overall appearance of skin
  • Can be performed on all skin types (to be avoided if one has an active infection).

Frequently Asked Questions

Although this treatment is minimally invasive, you will need to plan ahead. Following treatment your skin will be red; you should not apply anything to your face, for at least 24 hours.

You may also experience dry and light peeling of the skin, as with any swelling or redness, this will naturally resolve within approximately 48 hours. Keep your skin covered and protect it from the sun following the procedure. Look forward to a brighter renewed natural glow that can last for several years!
